Even though Advent started yesterday, we made an advent wreath today b/c let's face it...I don't cook on Sundays. We used a dry erase board. Brewer used a cut bell pepper to make the wreath part and the holly berries are Maddox's fingerprint. Then I found 4 plastic, battery powered votives at Joanns and the center Christ candle is a realistic looking battery powered candle (also found at Joanns). The boys made the wreath today and we had it on our kitchen table during dinner...with one candle "lit" (i.e. turned on).
